Launchpad

Launching a token

Create a token, a WETH pool and a locked LP position on Pons in a single confirmed transaction.

Sherwood launches tokens on Pons, Robinhood Chain's launchpad. A launch creates three things together — your token, a Uniswap V3 WETH pool, and a locked liquidity position — and shows you exactly what you are about to create before you sign.

Start a launch

Send /launch. Sherwood walks you through a single form, all in one message that updates as you fill it in, using inline buttons instead of asking you to type answer after answer:

  • Name and symbol — what the token is called.
  • Logo — upload an image straight from Telegram. Sherwood re-hosts it publicly so the link resolves everywhere the token is listed.
  • Socials — optional links (website, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster).

Review before you sign

Before anything moves on-chain, Sherwood shows you a confirmation card with:

  • The exact contract address your token will have, computed ahead of time — so you know precisely what you are creating.
  • The fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens.
  • The launch fee of 0.0005 ETH.
  • Confirmation that 100% of the LP is locked.

Nothing is created until you confirm this card.

What you get

When you confirm, one transaction deploys the token, opens a 1% fee WETH pool on Pons, and locks the liquidity position. From that moment the token is tradable — you and anyone else can paste its address into Sherwood and buy it.

Name safety

Sherwood rejects token names containing invisible or look-alike characters. That is the trick used to make a fake token appear byte-identical to a real one; blocking it at launch keeps the launchpad cleaner for everyone. See Staying safe for how this protects buyers.

After launching

Share the contract address, not just the name — names can be copied, addresses cannot. Your launch appears like any other token: a paste-able card with live price, liquidity and holder data.
