Getting started
Open the bot, create a wallet and place your first trade on Robinhood Chain in about a minute.
Sherwood is a Telegram bot for trading and launching tokens on Robinhood Chain. There is nothing to install — you talk to it the same way you talk to a friend, and every action happens in one chat.
This page takes you from zero to your first trade.
Open the bot
Open Sherwood on Telegram and press Start, or send /start. You will see the
main menu with your wallet, positions and a field to paste any token address.
The bot works entirely inside Telegram. There is no browser extension, no seed phrase to write down during setup, and no separate app.
Create a wallet
The first time you open the bot it creates a Robinhood Chain wallet for you and shows its address. This is where you will send funds to trade with.
Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum Orbit L2. It uses ETH for gas, blocks settle in roughly 100 milliseconds, and its chain ID is 4663. In practice that means your trades confirm almost instantly.

Fund it
Send ETH to the address the bot shows you. Balances are read live from the chain,
so the moment your deposit confirms it appears in /wallet. You need a small amount
of ETH beyond your trade size to cover gas — gas on Robinhood Chain is cheap, but it
is not free.
Place your first trade
- Copy a token's contract address and paste it into the chat.
- Sherwood reads the token's pool and shows you a card: price, market cap, liquidity, holders and how concentrated the supply is.
- Pick a buy size —
0.01,0.05,0.1ETH, or a custom amount. - Confirm. Every order is simulated against the chain first, so if it would fail, you find out before you spend gas — not after.
That is the whole loop. Paste, review, size, confirm.
